Make version of VR a config option #15
Description
Currently the version of VR used is pinned to whatever commit the submodule is checked out at. It would be better to make it something that could also be configured within the Snakefile, e.g. for comparing the results for different versions and for repeatability (it's easy to get things wrong with submodules). The commit used should also be logged somewhere.
