I was wondering how you fixed it as the plugin authors of Chain Mining would have to support our API because Bukkit/Paper doesn't expose an API to track block changes made by other plugins. So nothing we can really do about it.

I think he reproduced the first screenshot by giving himself the bypass permission. This issue is more about plugin compatibility (or refreshing which blocks should be fake and which not, referencing #462).
