wilcoxon test default parameters modification

Hi,
First of all thanks for this great package.
I have seen that wilcoxon test computation uses stats::wilcox.test function with default parameters.
I am wondering if there is a way to "modify this behaviour" and for instance asking that the value for "exact" parameter should be set to true.
