Description:
The “Pricing Plans” link in the footer section on the Offline Centers page is non-functional. Clicking the link does not navigate the user to the intended pricing plans page. This issue may affect user navigation and accessibility.

To Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to the Offline Centers page.
Scroll down to the footer section.
Click on the “Pricing Plans” link.

Expected behavior

Expected Result:
Clicking the “Pricing Plans” link should redirect the user to the Pricing Plans page.

Actual Result:
Clicking the link does nothing; no navigation occurs.
