Sign up form is not positioned properly. #1056

Describe the bug
The Sign-Up page elements (form, buttons, and text) are not properly positioned on the screen. The layout appears misaligned and inconsistent across devices and screen sizes.
To Reproduce
Launch the application in a web browser.
Navigate to the Sign-Up Page (/signup).
Observe the layout and position of the form, heading, and buttons.
Expected behavior
The Sign-Up form should be centered vertically and horizontally on the page.
Input fields, buttons, and text labels should be aligned consistently.
The layout should be responsive and maintain proper spacing across all screen sizes.
