[Bug] Dark mode inconsistency in the rent your car page form

Describe the bug

In the rent your car page in dark mode, the form is visible with the white background which causes the dark mode inconsistency.

To Reproduce

Go to rent your car
Observe the form filling section in the dark mode

Expected behavior

The dark mode should be applied to the form filling section also.
