[Bug] Multiple upward arrows in the home page

Describe the bug

There are more than one upward arrows on the home page.

To Reproduce

Go to home page
Try scrolling up and down
Observe the scrolling up arrows in the right and left side

Expected behavior

There should be only one upward arrow and one downward arrow
