Rename FileExist() #6
Description
While I understand the initial naming of this function, I feel that the function does more than just finding if a file exists or not; it also parses the transactions into movements that can then be interpreted by the other classes. I think the implementation is fine, but I think the function could be more descriptive to avoid confusion.
