failed to access admin，but access surveys successfully

I'm trying to install JDeSurvey on my Windows 10 with java1.8.0 , tomcat7.0 and MySQL8.0. After I followed the video tutorial at https://vimeo.com/97945474, I found that i can't access localhost:8080/admin. However, the url localhost:8080/surveys can be accessed successfully.

someone encounter similar problem？any solution？thanks

I am able to connect and the login page is also displayed, but its unable to login with pre-filled password..!

I am just trying to find the default admin password, so that I can see the application working..

I'm having this exact same problem. I've tried several different browsers and they all get 500 errors when trying to access /admin. I don't see any problems in the logs.

JDeSurvey only support MySQL 5.7 but the video tutorial don't tell nothing about it. Replace you MySQL server version and try again.

did going back to 5.7 solved your problem i'm having the same issue
