I had a couple KSP crashes in a new sandbox save. First time I put a capsule on the launch pad it worked fine. Then I exited the game and when I reloaded, I tried to fly the ship on the pad directly from the KSC overview... caused a KSP crash. Reloaded KSP and repeated - crashed again. Then restarted KSP, recovered the capsule, went to VAB and tried to launch another capsule and it crashed again when going to the launch pad. Logs for the last crash.

I played with this same KSP install with a different save (career not sandbox) with no problems.
