Let type capability warnings be disabled depending on component configuration

This would be an advanced version of #7 and depends on #6. If a component has configuration options which change the capabilities, one could define the options that should deactivate the capabilities.
Better even would be when different option settings would only deactivate specific capability warnings.
This should go into the component.meta file as it is specific to each component and also won't change during user interaction.
