I got the following message in missing_configuration.txt

Component name: GazetteerAnnotator, Template Descriptor 
The mandatory parameter "Output Type" is not set. 

Component name: GazetteerAnnotator, Template Descriptor 
The mandatory external resource dependency with key "DictionaryChunkerProvider" 
is not bound to a resource.

How can I fix this?
