  • Add model-level Active Record validations for clients.hmis_id. Validations look for 9-length alphanumeric characters, but still allow for blanks while we decide what to do with records that already have now-invalid data.
  • Client & Intake records are created as a pair, prevent a client or intake from being persisted when the other one does not pass validation
  • Show HMIS ID validation errors when updating the field from the clients update page.
