[Qupyter] `[p]restart` and `[p]shutdown` do not kill open sessions and CTRL+C does not properly shut down the bot

Let's add some more details!

If a session is connected and the bot is asked to shutdown it hangs on shutdown. CTRL+C has the same issue. CTRL+Z will kill it but is not ideal.

Now that I can see the logs, I can tell that this is related to #28. I'll look into it.

Ctrl+Z uses a SIGKILL signal which makes the system ignore what process is doing and just forcefully kill it, which may result in data corruption so yeah, this is definitely not a good workaround.
