This would never show them.
Always
This would always show the time they were sent.
Perhaps this could also change the text from "Delayed!" to "Sent"
Longer than X
Would only show if it took longer than X (seconds, minutes, hours) to get the message through.
Bonus
Deletes earlier delayed/sent messages when the newest one is posted, like the welcome bot does on Red's Discord server.
