user story: 希望通过提交一个指定格式的csv文件，例如只有data,label列。然后就快速训练一个基本的模型，相当于快速接口吧

至少需要3类型的分类模型:

单标签分类
多标签分类
二分类

user story: 考虑到标签的顺序，是否可以再提供一个用户告知标签列表的接口

需要提供2个功能：

如果用户提供标签，那么就不再从自动基于数据构造标签
如果用户不提供标签，那么应该基于提供的数据快速构造标签

ps: 这个功能应该有独立的入口，而且最好是能提供函数调用和命令行调用两种方式
