Unable to install pyGlobalPlatform

globalplatform was built successfully. Newer version created libgppcscconnectionplugin.so and libgppcscconnectionplugin.so.1.2.4 in /usr/local/lib.

Running pip install pyglobalplatform causes a legacy-install-failure. Build process generated a lot of warnings and errors: https://pastebin.com/CMV1ZuwK

Due to inability to install pyGlobalPlatform, I cannot build pyResMan either.
