settings: filepath slash direction #9

does not work on windows: copy - paste path from windows explorer path field like:
FILE_PATH=C:\Users\John\Downloads

the slashes must be inversed!
this works on windows: FILE_PATH=/Users/John/Downloads

suggest to add clarification in properties file
