Convert SVS to NDPI

As a user I would like to convert a WSI in Aperio SVS format to Hamamatsu NDPI file. Is this possible?

Hi there, currently writing NDPI is not supported, but it is certainly possible to add. I'll look into this.

@iamalonso Can you advise what software or library you would like to read the NDPI images with? This would help with validating the output works as expected.
