Flutter 3.0 TabbarView can not support swipe to back in Android. #24

Describe the bug

After upgrading Flutter 3.0, on Android models, pages with TabbarView no longer support right swipe to return。

Environment:

OS version: Galaxy S20---Android 12
Flutter version: 3.0.4
Package version: latest version

Doris1994 added the T: Fix label

mine works with tabbar view flutter 3.0+, but not when the tabbar has the focus
