Include zonal winds

Currently only using meridional winds to drive growth since, according to Sultan96, "When geomagnetically zonal neutral winds (U_phi) are included in the analysis the resulting R-T instability growth rate remains unchanged".
However, currently it requires modification to the code to include these winds and the should not be disqualified from this package a priori
