"Revert Launch" causes vessel to spawn in the air/self-destruct with some launch clamps

The affected parts are specifically the ones copy/pasted from FASA (e.g. [this one](https://github.com/KSP-RO/ROEngines/blob/5258b9e1eca1636855620c6fdf508558645f9e11/GameData/ROEngines/PartConfigs/LaunchClamps/MediumLC_FASA.cfg)), though I do not know which ones exactly.
