All City2 entries in the Stock.cfg register as a Sun Site in Waypoint Manager

When loaded with Waypoint Manager, while in the Map view the sites appear to be correct, WaypointManager doesn't see the correct information, see the image below.

This was a mostly stock KSP 1.12.5, on Windows, with Kopernicus and RA installed:
