Distant Horizons disables rendering of non-solid blocks by default, but adds no option to disable this behavior (I went thru all DH options and none seem to work). Most modded blocks I am working with are non-solid like: Fureniku's Roads road blocks, Little Tiles structures, Immersive Railroading rails, even vanilla blocks like fences or cobblestone walls... The only way I know to force them to load is placing a solid block underneath which is probably not a realistic solution when building with Little Tiles.
