Link shorthand command

Add a !b link command that gives you a command with a one time use code to execute on the channel to link on the other server. It automatically links the two guilds if they aren't already and links the channels.

I am currently working on this. My branch has the commands simplified down

All linking is done with link
Unlinking is unlink

AutoLink is introduced as well.

@KartoffelChipss just kinda re-reading what u are after. As it stands my branch functions like this:

What if, to simulate kinda what you are after with one-time codes, I simply add an optional arg to %autolink where it takes a serverID (either discord or fluxer), and not only links the guild, but autolinks all the similar channels. Basically, simplifying it even more. This would be server-owner only because it is linking the guilds...

I suppose the only real negative to this approach is we don't explicitly know that the user is the server owner in both places? Even thinking I don't know if my permission checks are checking the other side too, just probably where it is being executed... I'll have to review

What I wanted to achieve with the single use codes is to make the setup easier for non technical people that don't know what a server/channel id is and how to copy it (espceially since you have to enable developer mode in Discord).

Right... I never though about that you could just link your guild to someone elses if they have Bifröst installed

I think both issues actually have the same solution, Basically the solution is using OAuth and deriving info from simple queries
