Any ETA for new release?

I'm writing something that uses the cl_ext_buffer_device_address extension.
Is there any ETA on when there would be a new release that contains the header for the extension?

I asked this as I wanted to avoid tracking the git main branch to avoid potential instabilities.
Also, the current released headers are not up to date with the current released spec version (3.0.18)

I noticed that the repo got v2025.06.13 tag, but it is not formally marked as a release. Is it something that was missed or is it just an interim tag? I'm asking as I'd like to update OpenEmbedded recipes, but I don't want to use something that is not considered to be a release.
