Provide Setting to Disable Auto Opening of Edited File Types

Many AI agents like Codex don't display the detail of code changes, unless specifically diving into the details. At the moment Kilo Code opens every source files, md file etc. There's a global option to change that in settings, but I'd prefer more granular control, so I can see proposed changes to md files, but not source. What do you think? Would this be useful for your workflow?

Looking at least for the global option. I was searching the internet to figure out. Crazy to be closing files that do not show diffs anyways. I would rather use VS code git diff tool.
