Multi-Folder Support

I load multiple repos into my VSCode (I use Cursor now), which is super super helpful for having my companies frontend and backend repo in the full experience. When I tried out Kilo with this, it just honed in on the first repo in my list of folders and wasn't able to make changes or see both

I'm also not able to use kilo code effectively in a multi-root VS Code workspace that includes multiple directories of micro-services that use different git repos.

GH Copilot works fine with this setup, but not Kilo.
