Support for Grok native server side tool calling

Following up from the Q&A with Brendan and Brian during the Kilo Code video call today:

For example - native parallel web search and x search are way better than the client side web searches.
Collections and files tools are also very useful for context enrichment (e.g. business and domain specific documents).
Custom MCP tool calling can be also useful for parallel execution by Grok directly for more complex long running tasks.
