Move iOSSampleKituraKit to Kitura-Sample

Currently we have an seperate repo to demonstrate KituraKit called iOSSampleKituraKit.

It would be nice to move this so it is part of Kitura-Sample and it could connect to the Codable routes. We could then deprecate the other repo.
