UI to add icons to teleporter names

Hey, thanks for sharing this mod! While it is possible to manually add rich text to teleporter names, using arcane syntax like [item=iron plate] it would be amazeballs to be able to pick these from a list like the station rename UI does:

The best I could do was to add some buttons to pick item/fluid/recipe icons and append them to the teleporter name:

A diff of my changes is here, I'd be happy to PR this if it's useful or I can attempt a better PR if you have any suggestion for how to implement something more similar to the station rename UI? Thanks!
