I think the current webp save is lossy. I see there are jsons for the video formats. Is there a way to config webp?

The image/webp and image/gif formats don't use the video_formats system so there is not currently a way to add configuration options to them. I'll look into changing this, but failing that, I can just set it to always produce lossless webp output.
