As per title, I am doing this PR to move the example app to RNTA (similar to what we did back for RN-webview); it was basically an excuse for me to do it myself (with the great 🦆 support from @tido64) and learn first hand!
(most changes are literally just the default RNTA config)
Tested it locally (ofc), and everything works fine:
This will help maintenance and easier to upgrade to newer versions of RN... and support for the new arch ;)
