Import more Metasploit Pro XML data

Really should import more Metasploit Pro-specific XML data such as:

• OS
• Tags
• Exploit attempts
• Vuln details and attempts
• Session data
• SNMP strings

Vulns will require some normalization and checking between nexpose, nessus, and any other scanner data which may eventually be supported. Repeating vulnerabilities is not cool.

Some bugs:

• Hosts get duplicated not updated
