How do i add this mod?

when i download .zip, changing it to .jar nothing happens, minecraft just do not see mod, i think im doing smth wrong, can someone tell?

you gotta run build.gradle and not just turn it to a jar i had the same problem

it always opens the file

you will need intelij then click build.gradle and then press run this file
