[BUG] After closing a folder, the launcher stays "dimmed" as though it's still open, plus the app drawer's transparency looks wrong #6389

Describe the bug

When I open a folder on the home screen, two things happen:

  1. The "dark" effect that happens when a folder is opened persists even after I close the folder.
  2. Afterwards, if I open the app drawer, it looks transparent even though it's set not to. That said, the dark effect is gone.

It might be related to this, but currently the app drawer's settings require a Lawnchair reset, and the transparency setting straight up doesn't seem to be working. This might need its own bug report if unrelated.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open app drawer to see it's opaque
  2. Open and close a folder on home screen
  3. Observe that the dark effect of when a folder is opened persists
  4. Open app drawer and observe that it's now transparent

Expected behavior

  1. The dark effect is gone after closing a folder
  2. Opening and closing a folder shouldn't affect app drawer opacity
