[BUG] force monochrome icons not applied in minimized appdrawer folders

Describe the bug

as the title describes the forced monochrome icons introduced in the recent 16dev version do not apply to icons in the minimized appdrawer folders

Steps to reproduce

1. enable force monochrome icons
2. make a folder in appdrawer
3. put in an icon that isnt affected by auto the auto adaptive icons feature

Expected behavior

it to be applied just as regular icons
