[FEATURE] Add support for the Xiaomi Themes app and/or free form icon packs in general #6398

Describe the feature
Basically, I tried using it on my Xiaomi Poco F6, and Lawnchair is seemingly unable to handle the Icons I set with the built-in theme engine included in HyperOS (Xiaomi's Android flavour). It defaults to the default icon set of the OS using a square-ish shape. I also can't manually select any icons from other themes installed on the device.
Part of the issue might be that my theme of choice, "Limitless", is stylistically based on the Android 5, 6 and 7 days, with unique shapes for different app icons. Maybe that's something Lawnchair just can't do. But I'm not sure.
Considering Lawnchair has its own theming system included, I consider this a feature request, not a bug report, because compatibility was probably never intended.
For reference, Nova Launcher can handle Xiaomi themes, Fossify Launcher also can't.
Why would it be useful to add?
Would super nice for Xiaomi phone owners in general.

This is Nova Launcher, how it's supposed to look.
This is with Lawnchair. Icons have all the same shape, and in case of settings for example also a different icon alltogether, because it uses the icon from the default theme.
