Layout issue with Profile > Blocks

Summary

When viewing the list of blocks, if you block a bunch of communities, the blocked instances container is buried at the bottom of the page. The container layout doesn't account for vertical size, only horizontal flex-wrap on the rows.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Block a user or two
2. Block several dozen communities
3. Block a few instances
4. Instances container will be buried below the container of blocked communities

This could be solved by using masonry layout, which is also used for posts card view in development. PR welcome!

You're right that this would need masonry. I really think that's overkill tho, and this should probably be a nofix. Just scroll down.
