Cant install the plugin

Bug description

i downloaded the whole repo grabbed the caliber plugin folder and compressed it then tried to install and get this calibre, version 8.11.1

Looks like you didn't compress it properly, or there's another subfolder in the ZIP file that doesn't belong there.

If you want to bundle the plugin from source code you can just run the "bundle_calibre_plugin.sh" script file and it'll create the ZIP file with the correct folder structure.

I have a similar problem. I can't install the plugin either. I wanted to install the plugin as a zip file. But I get the following error message:
