Bug description
I have a small monitor where I use 150% scaling in Windows 10. When clicking the "Customize Plugin" button, nothing happened and calibre froze until I pressed Escape. However, scaling to 100% fixed the behaviour. Might be a QT5 / calibre issue, though, just posting here for others to know.
