Uploader not showing progress bar, returning code rather than URL

Reporting a bug from a member. Quote:

Im on linux/debian. My system is up to date. I tried chrome, firefox and chromium browsers.
I remember that my java/open jdk was updated. Maybe a downgrade may do it? At least I read "java" in the upliaders html source...

Since this happened only for one person, I've never been able to replicate it on Ubuntu, and we've had some updates to the Uploader's error handling... I think we can close this one.
