LF-4974: Duration, Rating, and Notes Not Displayed in Re-Completion View of Custom Tasks

Description

Update setFormData to handle custom tasks when re-completing a task.
Ensure duration is undefined (not null) on first completion; otherwise, the default duration shows as "0m" instead of "15m".
