Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some screen display multiple tabs :

  • Saved
  • Profile
  • Bans and filters
  • Inbox

On those screens it's not possible to swipe to switch tab.

On other screens like community a lateral right menu exists. Swiping to right bring navigation drawer but it does nothing when swiping to left

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Allow on screens with tabs to swipe to change tabs.
If it's a screen where a swipe is already set (for instance inbox) check if swipe actions has been disabled or if item swiped on got an associated swipe action. If not allow to change tab when swiping

  2. On screens like community with a right drawer (don't know if others exists) allow to swipe to left to display right drawer

  3. In settings you can disable swipe actions, I believe it would be better if toggle was include in "configure swipe actions"
It would make it more clear that disabling it don't turn off swipe for screens

Ps :
sorry I feel like I am spamming issues :-/
It's obvious but still I wanted to insist that it's ok if you don't think issues are something you are willing to implement and close them as not planned.

Don't worry and just ask 😉 when I have time I pick items from the backlog and process it. I can already tell you that:

  1. is more difficult because I'll have to review completely the screen structure (not impossible but not "quick and easy").
  2. I can see whether I can do it, the menu on the right (visible in user detail and community detail, indeed) is not standard but I made it myself and I did not implement gesture recognition like the drawer on the left;
  3. Agree and the toggle can be moved easily.
