[Comments] Comments sorting

Describe the bug
default sorting for comments are getting back to 'Active'

To Reproduce

1. open settings
2. set 'Default comment sort type' on 'General' settings to 'Top' and then 'All'
3. exit settings
4. open a post in home feed

Expected behavior
it should sort comments based on my preference that i already set on my settings. when opening a post (here's could be an extra bug) and the comments are loaded, the comments sort symbol changed to 'New' automatically and then changed to 'Active' automatically. my 'Default comment sort type' on 'General' settings also changed to 'Active'.

• Device: Redmi Note 13 5G
• OS: Android 14
• Version: 1.14.1-beta07 (based on my app info on my phone)

Additional context
this only happens if we choose 'Top' 'All' as the default sorting for comments as far as i've tested.

also i want to mention about another issue i'm facing when i want to post pictures from my gallery app to raccoon, there's no option to share to raccoon.

it seems that all 'Top' kind of sorting doesn't work. i tried to change the comment sort when i see a detail of post and the comments don't sort properly (it stays the same)
