Wiki on how to host it yourself is missing #119

Currently the wiki pages on how to host the editor yourself are gone, which is a shame.

Also it would be beneficial if the main README linked to the 3 subproject READMEs.
Also it would be beneficial if v2 got merged into master or v2 became the default branch.

These don't exist on the v2 branch.

Also it would be beneficial if v2 got merged into master or v2 became the default branch.

Merging is not done until most if not all bugs have been fixed in the site.
And I don't think it would be good/worth it making v2 the default branch.
