Reenable compatibility for webp images

Users reported webp-images are no longer supported in v2.11.0-alpha.3.
Indeed, according to the change logs, support for this was actively disabled.

My bad, actually: webp had already been reactivated for a while. It has the following following consequences:

• the change log must be made up-to-date
• the crash that occurs when trying to input 'webp' files into LuxCore is likely to be caused by LuxCore, rather than LuxCoreDeps.

For those reasons, I close this issue here, provided that it still lives in V2.11 Release - Bugs (view)

If I see it right, this means that there is actually a bug in LuxCore or BlendLuxCore then?

In this case, I would rather leave the issue open and transfer it. In the project view it's now just marked as closed. (The objective is to have all issues closed, I would not remove them from the list)
