Detailed description of the problem

Self-diagnosis fails to load in diagnostics-screen.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to diagnostics screen
2. Self-diagnosis says loading, but nothing happens

Diagnostics [REQUIRED]

The problem is that diagnostics is not shown.

• How many pictures do you have?
• Can you open the network tab of your web browser and check if the request terminates?

I checked on my instance, it is indeed a bit slow and took 25s to reply... :|

In the admin part, can you check if you have:
Disable recursive permission check. set to true or false ? This will have a significant impact on the speed if you have a lot of photos.

Is it complete failure 500 (server crash) or 504 (failed to respond in time) ?
I do need to know the error code. :/

Looks like there's error 500 when I open developer tools in browser.

Also, I think this worked when I still had Lychee 6.6.0. So it's probably something that has come up since then.

What DB are you using ? sqlite ? postgres ? Mariadb ?

No worries, it's not that urgent as the album is working fine.

It's actually MySQL, and this version:

MySQL Version: 8.0.43-0ubuntu0.22.04.2

I have a similar error. The "Auto-diagnostic" keeps at "Chargement…".
I use Lychee 6.10.0
The request fails with error 500 and data:

In Lychee log file storage/logs/errors.log I have:

I do not have the problem on another server.

Then this is probably related to the currency check I added.
Can you check that you have php-intl installed ? @LudovicRousseau @mniemela

php-intl was NOT installed on the server with the problem. But it was installed in my other server without the issue.
Installing the Debian package php-intl solved the problem (for me). Thanks.
