Album Config: Maximum numbers of photos to display per page in albums

Hi,
is this already enabled or is only the configuration for this implemented? If i change the values, nothing changes in the album views and still all photos per album are shown on one page.

This is only for the smart albums (for now).
This was created due to the Untagged albums which can contain a LOT of pictures (tens of thousands on my instance) and would lead to immediate memory exhaustion & crash on the load of the album.

Implementation for the main albums to follow.
