GLM suddenly shuts down

Hi, every time I send a message through IntenseRP, the GLM page suddenly closes.

This doesn't seem good... Do any other providers work? It seems like your Playwright connection might be corrupted (usually caused by issues with Playwright itself, ghost processes, etc.). Could you please try to restart your PC, and then also go into Tools -> Browser Manager, where you'll have to click "Reinstall"? (Note: IRP services must be stopped) Also, check if your antivirus is potentially trying to intervene, they can often cause false-positives here.

Thanks for your reply. The method you mentioned of restarting and reinstalling IRP didn't work. I'm not registered with any other providers, so I don't know if it would work. Also, I don't have any antivirus software.

I'm sadly not home right now, so can't properly verify on my end. Though I meant that you need to reinstall the browser used by IRP, not IRP itself (as the browser is installed in the system and isn't deleted alongside IRP). Also, could you please try to clear your profile, see if it works? Go to Provider & Login in settings, then find Saved Sessions, and select your profile(s) in the drop-down. After that, click the button to clear/delete the selection. After all suspicious profiles are cleared, start IRP again and try to login. It could start working from there (if the issue was because of a corrupted profile).

That's what I did—I clicked “Reinstall” in the Browser Manager. I also deleted the profile, but that didn't work either. Although I eventually managed to get it working again, I completely uninstalled IRP from my computer and reinstalled it, and now it's working again. I have no idea what happened. Anyway, thank you very much for your help.
